Liberty successfully held its 3rd AGM on August 27, 2020. Despite the impacts of COVID-19, the AGM was held as soon as possible and completed without any setbacks. This year, members were able to attend both in person and virtually. Persons who could not for any reason attend the AGM or were stuck abroad due to the ongoing pandemic were able to login, view and engage in the meeting in real time using videoconferencing.
The success of the AGM has set the tone for the year long period until the 2021 AGM, which will be the next opportunity to have a say in Your credit union business in a formal setting.
