What Is an AGM?
An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering of interested shareholders (Liberty's members). At each AGM, the directors present an audited annual report containing information for members about the company's performance and strategy.
Why attend an AGM?
Annual general meetings (AGMs) are important for the transparency they provide, the ability to include members in the decision-making, as well as bringing management to accountability. In addition, members have the benefit of being able to vote on the issues at hand. This can be done in person or via a proxy.
